2. CHECKLIST:
Download our Consignor Checklist below so you know exactly what items we do and do not accept.
3. PREPARE:
Gather & prepare your items at home.
4. DROP OFF:
Bring in your consignments during business hours, no appointment necessary!
Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 10am-4pm
We’ll sort your items quickly while you browse then send you on your way. We will then work to price your items and get them moved to the sales floor on the same day you dropped off.
5. GET PAID:
As soon as items sell, the money collects in your account.

FAQs
HOW DO I GET PAID?
You may be paid in any one or combination of three (3) ways! You may use your account credit for in-store purchases or cash out up to $30 at any time! For balances over $30, you may request a check at any time! Details in store!
DO YOU ACCEPT NEW CONSIGNORS?
Yes! We LOVE new consignors!
New consignors are very welcome to come in anytime to drop off items as long as their items are properly prepared (see video) for a quick and easy process!
WHERE DO YOU DONATE THE CLOTHING AND ITEMS THAT DO NOT SELL?
We donate to local churches and other local nonprofit organizations.
HOW DO YOU PRICE THE ITEMS THAT I BRING IN?
When pricing items, we take into consideration several factors such as brand, condition, style, age and current demand. Specialty, higher end and unique items often require additional research.
CAN I PICK UP MY CLOTHES IF THEY DON’T SELL?
Yes, you may! Be sure to let us know at drop off if you’d like to do this and we will let you know how it works!
DO YOU ACCEPT MEN’S OR CHILDREN’S CONSIGNMENTS?
We do not accept men’s or children’s consignments at this time.
